General Guidelines

  • Registration Closes: 1 July 2025

  • Mode of Conduct: Hybrid

    • Phase 1 - Online Screening
    • Phase 2 - Offline Finals
  • Eligible Classes: VIII - X

  • Team Size: 2 Students

  • Maximum Teams Per School: 1

  • Video Presentation: 3-5 minutes

Rules & Regulations

  • Participants must build a working project that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to address a real-world problem aligning with one of the given themes.

  • A Video Pitch (maximum 5 minutes) is mandatory for Phase 1 and must explain:

    • Problem Statement
    • Theme chosen
    • Proposed Solution
    • Technologies used (mention AI models, sensors, platforms, etc.)
    • Expected impact and scalability
  • A PowerPoint Presentation detailing the project is allowed and encouraged but not mandatory for Phase 1.

  • Shortlisted teams must present a working prototype during the offline finals on July 8, 2025.

  • Projects must be original. Plagiarism or use of pre-made kits without significant modification will lead to disqualification.

  • Use of pre-trained AI models is permitted but must be clearly mentioned in the video pitch and presentation.

  • Judges’ decisions will be final and binding.

Innovate with AI and IoT to enhance learning experiences, create personalized education tools, or improve educational infrastructure.

Build AI and IoT systems for early warning, emergency response, public safety enhancements, or post-disaster recovery.

Submission Protocol

  • First Phase (Online Screening):

    • Participants must submit an online video pitch of their project.
    • Create a folder on Google Drive, named using the format '[School Name]_TechnoFusion'.
    • The folder must contain:
  • 1. The 3-5 minute pitch video (**.mp4 format** recommended).
    
  • 2. PowerPoint presentation (optional for this round, **.pptx format** if included).
    
    • Ensure the Google Drive folder sharing setting is set to “anyone with the link can view”.
    • Submit the link to your Google Drive folder via the Submission Form.
  • Second Phase (Offline Finals):

    • Finalist teams will be invited to the school to present a live demo of their working prototype and pitch it to the judges.
    • Teams must arrange their own networking setup (e.g., internet hotspot) if required for their project; the school will not provide internet access.
